Cancel, Refund and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Future shipments can be cancelled from the Pfoods website within 20 days from the day of the previous subscription payment. One cancelled Pfoods will deactivate your account. Once a package is shipped to you, you are responsible for full payment, even if you return or refuse the package. Pfoods cannot, by law, re-stock the box once it is shipped out, hence you are responsible for its full payment.

Returns Policy

In the case that you have received defective or damaged packages you can request for a return by writing to us at care@pfoods.in. Pfoods will take back the defective or damaged packages and give you a new package at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

All refunds, weather for incorrect deliveries or defective products will be processed within 2 working days from the time it is brought to our notice. Refund will only be sent to the original source of your payment. In all cases, the actual credit to your account will depend on your original mode of payment and your issuing bank which may vary from instant credit to 24 hours, or in some cases 7 to 10 days.
