Subscription -- Automatic Monthly Refills
I am placing a subscription order with Pfoods Private Limited, (hereafter referred to, for sake of brevity, as Pfoods) to begin receiving monthly supplies of Just Plants, PLOTEIN, or a combination of both products. I am aware that Pfoods will ship the first subscription package within 2 days of my signing up and making a confirmed payment. For subsequent monthly shipments thereafter, I agree that Pfoods will automatically ship my subscription packages anytime within 20 days post my subscription renewal date provided that I have done the payment due to Pfoods on the renewal date through my chosen recurring payment mandate. I agree that once I have paid my renewal subscription, I’m not eligible for a refund unless Pfoods defaults on the committed delivery lead time of 20 days from subscription renewal payment date. I can cancel my subscription of automatic refills per the Company's Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
I can cancel future shipments on Pfoods website within 20 days from the day of the previous subscription payment. Pfoods will cancel my account. I know that once a package is shipped to me, I am responsible for full payment, even if I return or refuse the package. I know that Pfoods cannot, by law, restock the box once it is shipped out, so I am responsible for its full payment.
